...judgment in New Jersey small claims? How to a research if a lawyer is needed to collect a judgment in the state of New Jersey for small claims court.

I would like to proceed with wage garnishment without a lawyer and would like to know if this is possible in NJ. The amount i'm seeking to collect is 3k.
