how can i find a short in my left turn signal on my 2000 dodge durango.?

when i use the left turn signal in the daytime on my car...it turns the hazard lights in... at nighttime though with the lights all on my car. i cant even use the left turn signal. it glows on the dash like a builb is blown. only at night though. it doenst even glow in the day, it just turns the hazrd lights on when i try and use it.
it turns on all 4 hazard lights. only in the daytime though when im not using the front back and dashlights....
 
With a test light. Either that or take it to an electrical shop. Most electrical shops are pretty cheap for their labor rates so for a measily 65 bucks, I bet you can get it checked out.
