we talk a lot, he always asks me if I still hang out with his sister and that I should come over some time and he flirts with me a lot but he flirts with a lot of girls so it doesn't really mean anything... sometimes his sister ( my best friend) acts weird and says things like why are you staring at my brother or english will be fun with a wink face ( me and her brother have the same english class).. what does all this mean? How can I figure out if he likes me?
