i have been thinking real hard about my life and I kinda hate myself, yet i do believe in god and i dont think commiting suicide would be my way out Im sort of an alcoholic but when i talk to ppl that "care" for me seems like they are lookinf down on me or putting me down I need help asap bc I am considering suicide a lot i'm just lost. how do I fight these negative thoughts ?
