i'm 21, male, and very very self conscious. i'm constantly thinking people are judging me and it bothers me. It forces me to work out late at night when i'm by myself.
The weird part is i'm not skinny, i've been weight training for 2 years now, i'm at ~190lbs, i'm able to bench 225, squat 270, yet I am still too self conscious to workout during the day with other people.
How can I get over this? going to the gym late at night is messing up my sleep schedule, i'm going to bed at 4am and waking up at 2pm.
