I used to work for a distributer who used to supply the like os JD Williams. Our service level was circa 50% and each failed delivery we have to them we were charged, but i need to add this yo my CV but cannot remember how much the charges were and how often and what figure i would have saved them by getting the service level up to 95% +. I cannot contact the companies as they won't give me the info and i have no friends who still work there. I just need a reminder on how thr process works and some ball park figure for me to adapt. Thanks.
