How can I embed flash html as link that opens on same page when clicked on?

I would like to multiple videos on my website, but I don't want just a bunch of boxes of videos on the page. I would like to have a link that people can click on that would make the video open in a frame on that same page. How can I do this? I use Jimdo.com as my web host.
