How can I email a song on yahoo that I have saved in Media Player?

I;ve clicked ON 'Attach Files" amd then clicked on the song in Media Player. It then says
please wait while we upload your file. I've
waited for over 30 minutes...nothing but a
little blue line that keeps going by. HELP !!!
