how can i eliminate spark knock on my 2007 1.8l duratec ford focus? ?

i had it checked at the dealership and outside the dealership. the dealership scanned it but found no fault codes whatsoever. they recommended sticking to one type of fuel, to prevent contamination.. changed plugs already but the spark knock is still there.. its not a sustained knock, just occurs on very sudden application of the throttle. no check engine light or power loss issues
