How can I edit my PSP Game UMDs (Universal Media Disks)?

I have a PSP 3004, in which I cannot install the m33 firmware so I thought if I edit UMDs. I downloaded GTA Vice City Stories and many other games, but none of them worked on my PSP System. I know that the games in PSP UMDs are ISO\CSO Files. I need help if I can edit PSP UMDs and replace those files...
