How can I eat healthier?

Hi there.

So I'm a 13-year-old girl who has a horrible diet. Although I'm in quite good shape on the outside, I know my insides are doing terrible.

You see, my family isn't the most...financially stable, so I often find myself going for weeks without real food. I never eat breakfast because there's never anything in besides awful cereals that taste like..Well, crap, and I don't eat lunch, either. We'll usually have enough food for about 1 day if I'm eating throughout the day, and then it's all gone until my mother gets her next paycheck.

Anyway, things money-wise are getting better, I guess, but my diet is getting worse. I'll often found myself not eating anything but junk food all day, and I'm not exaggerating. The only fruits I like are the juice from an orange which I suck out, and that's only if it's sweet, and grapes, again, only if they're sweet. There's a certain type of juice I drink which contains no added sugars and 2 servings of fruit and vegetables per 250mls, but that's not enough to keep me healthy, is it?

I guess my main question would be: How can I STOP eating junk food, START eating healthy meals, and MAKE healthy things taste good?
