How can i download youtube and music into my htc hd7?

When I try to download YouTube into my phone or install..it just says it can't and to try again later and its been a few hours since I tried and it still won't work, has this happened to anyone? And for the music can I just use iTunes or what? O and is there a website that I can download music into the phone directly? Thx in advance
