Okay, so I am making a Contact page for my family history cd and I was wondering if it was possible to use a Contact Us form that I already have send a message to my email?

Like the person would fill out the form then it send to my email address, is this possible using only HTML and an internet connection?
 
for one thing, you have to have a website on which you would place your Contact page. If you already have that, you can create a form or you can use a contact form that is readily available on the net (try the one at emailmeform.com). Just embed the code into your Contact page.
