how do you create this three please explain as im about to have my defense in school reseach work.

Internal style sheet
Inline Styles
for example im adding css in my html by way of external style sheet how can you do that?
in new notepad or inside the html, the css coding? and also the two internal and inline. im not taking up this css only html im new to this, css but my english class project research work: thesis my token or chosen is about the html include javascript and css.
but how do i need to make a new text document or ???
