How would I tackle it? I'm thinking to start with everybody getting a general understanding of it, but I'm thinking my talk should be around 10 minutes, with the end of it to try and convince them to vote for me in an election at the end of it.
OK- I'm running for a youth parliament election, and I'd like to visit my local primary schools to get the upper class's vote.
I live in the UK, although what I'm asking really shouldn't matter.

come up with hot catch phrases like "yes we can", "XXXX for change",
and by comparing your opponent to some one hated. ie. tell them that your opponent will give them more homework.

Don't teach politics, teach civics.

If you skip that part, your kids will be as stupid as every other product of liberal education.

Start off with civics.

Economics and such.

They have to know something about America before they can form an opinion.

Without teaching them simple SS it'll be like asking someone's opinion on a beer when they don't drink.

My mistake I thought you were talking about American politics.

Sorry for assuming (Ass u me, I mak ean ass out of you and me.)

Try teaching them civics and government in Britain. Then go to politics.

Just tune them into Rush Limbaugh with supervision. He breaks/skews politics down to the adolescent level for fun and profit.

Mega dittos.........

tell them Obama is a socialist, Muslim terrorist who will destroy America i.e. the truth.............
