Im new to CMS and i want to create a Cms Site.I downloaded joomla.But i am struck with steps.Can anyone tell me the clear steps to develop site using Joomla.Im using Wamp Server.i don't know where i should edit the site so as to put my contents inside it n to check the site.After creating the Site,i wanna create a CMS by stracth.Can anyone help me.Thnx in advance.
