I can't legally allow Korean people to sign up due to the Korean real-name verification law. I really don't want to do real-name verification by ID's making them put in there Real Name and National Id Number. I also think its wrong and i wanna just out right block Korean Ip's, from signing up, So they are forced to just read. How can i do this?
