How can I delete my internet history COMPLETELY?!?

This guy comes every 6 or 12 months to clean our computers... He delete the internet history completely and it makes the computer WAY faster. We tried reaching him recently to come and clean our computers and we can't reach him, for some reason. I know how to go to Tools, Internet Option, etc. But there'ss someplace in the computer where it stores files and each files take spaces, according to him. I surf a lot on the web and he deleted more than 10 thousand file in one year. Doing so made my computer slow and right now, it's somewhat slow. I would like someone to tell me how I can delete all my internet history. If I could learn how to do this, I would save my family 100$ every 6 months. Hopefully, someone will be able to help me. Thank you
