I rent a townhouse and the walls are white with a popcorn-like design on them and we are not allowed to paint. I would like to give my place a make-over but I need color and playing around with picture frames just isn;t working...plus, I don't like a cluttered or "busy" looking house...Any suggestions?
How can I decorate my townhouse properly without painting the walls...?
