I was bike riding and basically fell off the bike while trying to multitask (fail) i have a wound about three fingers wide, and three fingers tall on part of my lower knee. there is also deeper parts of the wound (im guessing i hit rocks) It bled quite alot!
I had water and a towel i rinsed it until i got picked up and went home to wash it with warm water and soap. and applied a thick layer of neosporin. Im not sure if its infected!!
i continue to do this and let it air out. i only wrap a bandage on it when i go out or i sleep.
how can i prevent a permanent scar!?
IT ALSO HURTS TO WALK BECAUSE THE SKIN STRETCHES!
