Dreamweaver or knowing html? I see that someone else has asked a similar question and notepad was suggested if the client knows html. Is there a way that they can edit the body text or add a link without looking at any html?
I dont think so,
Either he need to know html to change the code or he needs to have Dreamweaver CS3 where he can change the elements using the design mode.
