how can i cover a vein under my eye?

I have a huge vain under my i. I really need to cover it. I am going to get it removed but i dont have enough money yet. I use concealer but it still shows through the concealer and the foundation. I have a yellowing concealer that is supposed to cover but it still doesnt. any other ideas
