Tonight I am cooking dinner for my family, I am going to make BBQ salmon, veggies and potatoes. I have never cooked them before I just leave it up to my mom. I was wondering to just cut the potatoes into chunks and boil them with a little melted butter on top is that ok and do I keep the skin on the potatoes? I know with red ones is ok but what about the regular ones? Any help please before dinner time thank you
