How can I cook potatoes and fish at the same time?

I have 2 large fillets of salmon that I would like to cook and I wouldn't mind doing roasted potatoes with them but I'm not quite sure how. Here's my original idea. I was going to cut the potatoes in quarters and boil them first, that way they are already soft. Then I was going to season my fish and put it in a caserol dish and put the potatoes around it using the same seasonings as the fish and then put it in the oven for 20 minutes at 375. Do you think this will turn out ok? Or does anybody have any other ideas I can do? Thanks in advance!
