I'm a freshman and I'm 15. This summer my school is letting 10 people travel to their sister city: Iksan City, South Korea for 12 days. I really want to go but my parents won't let me! I'm a good student and have never been in trouble at school. Money isn't the problem at all. Whenever I bring it up they just say, "Look what happened to Natalee Holloway!" (google her)
Is it really fair to base EVERYTHING on that one person? Besides, it's educational. We're going to be on a tour every day and I would be staying with a host family.
How can I convince them? Please help!
