I really want this phone but it requires a data plan (30 dollars a month). The phone has exactly what I want in a phone, so how can I convince my parents to let me get it? and I can't really afford the 30 dollars a month, so they'd have to pay it

thanks for the input, but not to sound superior or anything like that but my parents weren't affected by the economy at all. We're really well off. So my parents could very easily pay 30 dollars without it affecting them..
