How can I convince my mom to close her business?

See, my moms had her own business for 6 years and nothings really been good. We've had to move because we lost our house. Then we couldn't afford rent for the place we moved to. So now where living with friend (they let us stay for free). And it just sucks!

The small business isn't making any profits! I don't know why she doesn't understand? We owe vendors money. We've taken out loans. Then personal loans. And we cant pay them back. Then my dads always lending us money, and i feel so bad for him. Because he does it knowing we wont pay him back.

Also she doesn't try to work. I mean she doesn't call customers. this whole week her days have been sleeping! I'm not even over reacting, like seriously all day on the sofa; sleeping/watching tv.

I told her that its no use. My family's depressed. I hate that she asks people for money all the time! We don't have a home. Were sacrificing so much for nothing in return! She doesn't see it. I don't know why.

Now she wants me to stop working for her and get a job! I'm barely a high school graduate, so I'll probably get a minimum wage job! Making 200 bucks a week, for what? so she can take it and barely even dent the debts we owe.

I just want her to close it so we can move on. But every time I ask her she shuts me up :|
Why doesn't she see what i see?
How can I tell her that this is probably best?

My dream is that she'll close it, we'll save up to buy a house and be a family again. with lives lol.

Wow...mom is depressed because the business didn't go the way she dreamed it would. She doesn't know how to let it go. It's possible that her owning a business is not for her. It takes A LOT of work just to get started. Talk to your father about it and see if he can talk to her. Talk to her friend also. Someone needs to get her to common sense. It's time for her to move on, get a new job, save money and get stable again. When she is ready maybe she can take business management classes in college to help build skills, see where she went wrong and start over . But it can't be ALL about the money she has to have the motivation to excel. Until then it may be a god idea to get a job and move out? Maybe with your father? Good luck!
