My dad is a smart man, but he is very dumb when it comes to scams. I recently quit my $6 an hour job in hopes to find something closer to home, with better pay (its only been a month). Im not too worried about finding a new job and I have money saved up, but my dad has been on my case every day since. He goes on Craigslist and finds jobs and sends them to me, and they all seem like dangerous scams. Most of them will be things like "Im looking for a personal assistant, I prefer blondes, Ill pay $1200 a month" To ME that sounds like someone looking for a prostitute. When I go to visit my dad he will always drill me "did you check out that job I sent you? You need to find a job, your stupid if you dont go check that out, thats a lot of money" and when I tell him that I dont feel safe, and Im checking out places close to home..he freaks out. He thinks Im "passing up good opportunities"

Do you think my dad is right? Or am I right to trust my instincts? How can I convince him that this might not be the best idea?
