How can i convince my Boyfriend to have sex w/ me?

We've been going out for a 1 year and a half, we're both 17yr old virgins and we both love each other unconditionally.

When we had gone out for 9 months he asked me if i wanted to have sex but i had told him i was scared and i thought i was too young to have sex.

But now that i want it, whenever i bring it up he tells me that he wants to wait till hes married.

I don't want to force him, but i want to understand Why he doesn't want to have sex anymore?? and what can i do to change his mind??
We've done loads of other stuff, and we're ready for the next step....

I know hes not Gay!! I just wanna know why he got cold feet???
 
maybe he has his own moral reasons. LEAVE THAT ALONE. WHY would you want to take something as special as this ONE time for him if it's not going to be you he marries? and you dont know until you SAY "i do" (things change, people dont match up in the end, people die) so you cant be sure until its a done deal. dont try and take that privelege away from his future sweetie for life. youre being pushy, selfish, and not respecting his decision. i hope he drops you like the bad habbit youve become for him.
