How can i convert PLDT wireless unit into a regular phone?

I have a terminated PLDT line. The telephone unit provided has an exclusive PLDT SIM. Is there a way I can convert the wireless phone into a regular phone? I would like to use that PLDT wireless as my extension as I am using now a service of another telephone company. Otherwise, the unit is going to be useless.
