So, I got this camera about a year ago, almost two. When I connected this camera for the first time, it worked successfully. As months passed, my sister lost the charger so we didn't get to upload pics for awhile. As we borrowed our cousin's camera charger and tried to upload today, my windows XP computer didn't find it. I put the camera cord into the computer usb port correctly, but it doesn't connect for some reason. Does anyone know a solution? I tried to do a HP computer update and restarted it but it still doesn't connect. Can anyone help me? The model for this is DSC-W290
