L L Y New member Dec 4, 2009 #1 My aim is to achieve 5.1 audio output. The HT840 has 4 pairs of RCA 'out' ports each marked AUX, VCR, TV, REC out. There is no HDMI or coaxial on the Ht840. Any help is appreciated! Thanks there is no optical input on the HT840
