How can I confess to my dad about this? He is going to kill me.?

I was shooting my bow tonight in the basement, and my dad had told me not to shoot towards the garage door without using a backstop. I set up a pience of plywood and was shooting at a bag target, but one of the arrows went through the target, missed the plywood, and went through the door. I actually just threw up thinking about the punishment/screaming at I am going to get. Can someone console me? Or tell me how to confess to him. And how can I fix the hole? He is literally going to strangle me and I'm so nervous I feel sick.
