How can I completely reset the html on my Blogger/Blogspot blog?

I made a blog several years ago, and haven't used it for a long time until now and I'd like to restart it. I have this stupid banner image that I think i hacked the layout html so that it appears at the top of the blog in the title area. I tried reverting to classic mode, but that does not delete the image. I searched in the current html for any type of address that would link me to the image so I could delete it, but there are no out of place image codes to be found. It would have come from photobucket, but there is no PB link in the code. Is there a way to completely erase the data from the coding so I can start with a completely clean slate? http://mirandatothemax.blogspot.com - I put a random updated template so you could see the raw items.
