He is awful...yesterday he was talking on his phone (speakerphone in his pocket) while driving.
Then he pulled up to a bus stop and said "The bus ahead is a bit off schedule, so we need to wait here for a bit" and just got off the bus and went to the shop for a chocolate bar! While he was in there another bus came and couldn't pass because the road was too narrow and he hadn't pulled over enough.
Do you think this is grounds for complaints? I've had problems with this driver before eg not stopping to pick me up, not stopping when the buzzer is pressed. My partner who uses the bus everyday has had problems with him too such as him just stopping the bus to get off for a cigarette!
Its a First Eastern Counties 66 bus in Ipswich..
