Whenever I start typing a web address into the search bar, a list will drop down with a bunch of websites I have been to before. I want to clear this list. I have deleted all cookies. I have gone to Tools > Clear Private Data. Also, under Tools > Options I go to the Privacy tab and it says "Remember what I enter in forms and the search bar." I have made sure this box is UNchecked. I don't know why these certain sites pop up every time I start typing something but it is annoying. How can I permanently CLEAR this list?

There are two ways to delete the search bar history. Since I cannot determine of kind of Internet browser you used. Lets assume that you are using Mozilla Firefox browser. First is go to View Menu then sidebar then click the history. The history will appear on the left side. To delete just right the folder then delete. Second is go to the search text box then highlight then point the cursor the text box then right click on it then delete.
