How can I cleanse my system for drug test in 2 days?

I am female, 20 years old, 5ft 4in and weigh 120 lbs. I have an athletic build & low body fat percentage. I have smoked weed appx 3 times, lightly, in the past month. The most recent was yesterday. I have a drug test on Thursday(today is Tuesday). Should I be worried & what can I do? I don't want to drink bleach, but any other suggestions would be great-Thanks
 
No offence but you're an idiot. If you knew you were going for a drug test you shouldn't do drugs its as simple as that to be honest.

Theres no way to get rid of drugs from your system and drinking bleach will likely kill you.

Just face the fact that you're going to fail your drug test.

"If you smoke it occasionally it will remain in your system for up to 10 days."
