How can I check my internet usage on Nokia 5800?

I have "unlimited internet up to 1gb" on my phone but I've already downloaded quite a few apps and I just checked my unbilled balance and it says 10p. I'm on contract btw with T-Mobile. Also, would they charge me more even if I don't use internet for the rest of this month?
