how can i chat online with a t-mobile rep?

i've tried going through My T-Mobile on the website, but the thing is, i dont have t-moblie yet, so it wont let me in. i need a new phone really bad because the one i have is dying on me. i want to talk to someone about how i should get started when it comes to getting them and choosing the best plan and phone for me. they close before i get off work, so i wanted to know if there is anyone i can talk to online about it before i go out this weekend to the store... any ideas? i'm not sure how to go about choosing anything when it comes to this
