So, I've been on yahoo for a good while now, and when I'm playing in the Yahoo Graffiti groups, I can never chat. It tells me I'm not allowed since I haven't been on Yahoo long enough, and that when I reach a certain level, then I can chat with other players. When can I do this? Anyone know?
