how can I chat İn the games?

Learn to spell. Don't type in all capital letters, that just makes you look stupid and makes it harder to read. What are you talking about here? You don't tell ANYTHING about your problem. Which website, which game?
 
I think you can chat in pokemon pearl, diamond, and platinum wireless. You need the other person's friend code. Then maybe you can chat with them! But if it is on another game............ I don't know.
