How can I change my My Touch 4G back to 5 pages?

I went to my settings to delete some pages. I've never how many pages it actually has so i thought it said "Change your pages from 7 to 5" so, I clicked it (big mistake). Now when i try to put it back to five pages the option is not there. Well, it actually is there but its the kind of faded and when i tap it, it doesn't do anything. Please Help PLEASE! thank you
