Need a good way to control my computer's volume, no matter what application I have open. I used the program Volumouse for a long time but it doesn't work well with Windows 7 which I just installed. Basically if any applications are in focus (like firefox) the hotkey command (ctrl+mouse wheel for me) doesn't work to change my volume. The program loses it's appeal once you can only use it with a couple of applications.
