I am working with a program that exports a bulleted list with multi-leveled indents. By turning bullets on/off I can get a list with regular indents that would resemble tab characters. I want to be able to convert 1st level indent into 1 tab character and 2nd level indent into 2 tab characters etc.
I want the tabs so I can more easily turn the list into a table with multiple columns. The list will be quite long and require changes to the source so it is too time consuming to do this manually.
I have Office 2010. Any help is appreciated and I will reply to questions if you don't understand what I mean.
