Someone gave me two cheques dated a month apart. The first one bounced and I believe there is a good chance the second one will also. Is there any way to cash the second one such that I get to keep my money if it bounces? If I go through my bank they'll cash it immediately into my account but withdraw it the next day if the cheque bounces. I realize I could go to his bank and try to cash it there, but if it is NSF I'll have to keep going there until it works. He appears to be good for the money, but his cash flow is very spiky. I just need my money lol
