How can I cancel a Verizon FIOS Movie Package?

I ordered a WWE Subscription for $10 a month but I want to just cancel the subscription now. I signed up using the TV so I'm hoping I can just cancel it from the TV too.

Can I change it from the TV or do I need to call in? Go to Website?
