I want to buy a car which was in collision.However the car has undamaged parts on it.Such as engine and transmission.Owner is not parting it out but selling the whole car .She says she has salvage title.What are the frauds of buying selling this kind of title?Can i just buy the car and tow it in my garage and get the parts then bring it in junk yard without registering vehicle?
How can i buy salvage title car for parts only?
