I love chevrolet (CAMARO), but i don't know if i can buy, from here or coming there, a car. There are some extraTax or Doc(afterbought) to bring it to Europe/Italy?

yeah you can buy one in america and have it shipped over to italy. the shipping cost would cost thousands and the taxes and fees you have to pay would cost more. after the grand total for a new 09 camaro will cost almost twice as much after all fees and transport cost have been paid. I would juts get a BMW in italy instead because the prices would come out that a bmw is cheaper than a camaro. are you sure italy don't sell american cars?
