Hi, all I want is a small, fresh turkey or turkey crown/joint for the holidays, I don't want to place a full online grocery order as the online supermarkets like Tesco and Sainsbury seem to request, and at the same time I can't queue outside supermarkets for hours on end in the days before Christmas. Is my only option a frozen turkey? If not, is there anywhere in the UK I can go in and buy a fresh turkey/crown/joint now and pop in the freezer without any hassle?
How can I buy a Christmas turkey without pre-ordering or queueing?
