I have a respiratory stridor, which causes difficulty breathing. We are starting a new running program for PE at school and I want to know of some exercises or techniques to build up my wind. I can only go about a quarter lap before I start to have problems breathing. My airway becomes tight and it is very difficult to take in air. Using an inhaler has not helped, nor have any medications. I need to know of exercises that would help my airway and breathing. surgery is not an option to fix the problem. I can be exempted from the exercises, however I don't want to let this problem inhibit me from taking part in life.
